update 1.16

update 1.16 - the long awaited sprite update!

adds:

- the ability to do another run when finishing the game by left clicking.

- monsters now have sprites corresponding to their sprite and previous ascii color.

- sprites for all NPC's 

- sprites for lava and water

- hemistor radio sprite

- staircase sprite

- ability to resize screen to make screen larger or smaller (FINALLY, NO MORE SQUINTING!).

changes:

- spawner slimes now don't drop pickaxes anymore, all other monsters still do though.

- moved the font file to the assets folder, the root directory looks way cleaner now!

- revamped all totem sprites.

fixes:

- cyan totem now is able to be placed if not in inventory slot 1
